MANAGEMENT

managementAs head of the Section Teaching and Innovation of Learning (STIL), I supervise around 30 (senior) teachers of the faculty. Next to delivering educational activities, we host two working groups on Teaching Professionalisation and on Teaching Innovation (including assessment). We thrive to exchange our knowledge with other academic staff of the faculty. In addition, we aim to obtain (research) grants related to teaching and teaching innovations.

On a UM level, I am member of the Taskforce Learning & Innovation. Learning & Innovation is one of Maastricht University’s leading research themes. It concerns all research on practical, conceptual, and theoretical aspects of (life-long) learning, concerning both the ongoing practices as well as innovative practices of learning and teaching
