My research is focused on the cognitive enhancement, but I am also interested in methodological issues in the memory field. The main topics I am currently interested in are:
- Cognitive enhancement in students by manipulating the dopaminergic system
- Cognitive enhancement in students by teaching them effective study strategies
- Novelty processing and its role in memory performance
The methods I use in my studies are:
- Pharmacological manipulations
- Neuropsychological tests, mainly in the memory domain
- EEG assessments, focusing on event-related potential components related to memory performance
